A fire occurred in Bishkek, resulting in the death of one citizen from another country, while 38 people were successfully evacuated. This information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The incident took place in a dormitory located in the Sverdlovsk district of the capital. Firefighters quickly responded to the call, and by 10:20 the fire was completely extinguished.
One firefighting unit and a headquarters were involved in extinguishing the fire.
According to the duty officer of the Emergency Situations Department for Bishkek, the body of a foreign citizen, born in 2004, was found at the scene. During the evacuation, 38 people were successfully removed from the building.
The area of the fire was approximately 20 square meters.
