From January 10 to 12, 2026, an international wrestling tournament for boys was held at the "Izabek" sports complex in Bishkek.
The tournament featured 484 young wrestlers from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, born in 2011-2012 and 2013-2016.
The Jayil district was represented by 10 athletes who achieved the following results:
In the weight category up to 29 kg, Raatbek Nurubekov took 2nd place, from the village of Sary-Bulak, coach: Ruslan Atakeev;
