If they believe in themselves, great prospects will open up for them. It all depends only on them. I have been in Kyrgyzstan for almost a year and regularly attend matches, observing the development of local football. There is a real boom in this sport in the country right now. My message to the fans: give the team a little time. I remember when I arrived in Ukraine from Brazil in 2002 — the situation was similar. Ukraine gradually moved towards success,” the coach emphasized.
Lacerda added that it is important to understand: changes do not happen instantly.
“There are many reasons why difficulties arise, but it is necessary to look at things realistically and think about the future,” he concluded.
Previously, our team suffered defeats against Saudi Arabia and Vietnam, but still had chances to advance to the playoffs if they won their last group stage match.
