“As a coach, I always start with myself and look for reasons for failures within the team. Every player should ask themselves what they could have done better. Everyone tried and aimed for victory, but we needed it specifically. Two consecutive losses are not the result we were counting on. In the qualifiers, we showed a different level of play, but here we failed to confirm it,” noted Edmar Lacerda.
According to him, it is necessary to continue the fight.
“We represent the Kyrgyzstan national team and must approach the last match as if it were the final. The players understand the importance of this tournament for our country,” he added.
It is important to note that on January 12, the Kyrgyzstan national team will meet the Jordanian team. The tournament is taking place in Saudi Arabia with the participation of 16 teams divided into four groups. The two best teams from each group will be able to continue the fight in the playoffs.
