According to available information, citizen M.L. has filed an official statement requesting assistance in locating her husband, who was born in 1949. Viktor left his home on Sechenov Street on March 26 around 12:00 and has not returned since.

The missing person is approximately 175-180 cm tall, with short gray hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black t-shirt, black trousers, and a brown cap.
