In Bishkek, at Ala-Too Square, a grand concert took place, which became the culmination of the Nowruz celebration. The event was attended by the mayor of the capital, Aibek Junushaliev, who congratulated everyone on this important occasion.
The mayor wished all attendees health, happiness, and well-being, noting that on the day of the holiday, various events dedicated to Nowruz took place in different parts of the city. He added that such projects became possible thanks to extensive work on the city's improvement, where 67 parks, previously neglected, have now been renovated and attract more than a thousand residents.
Junushaliev also emphasized that by 2026, the scope of improvements will triple, covering not only green spaces but also road infrastructure and the overall beautification of the capital.
“The municipality strives to make Bishkek more comfortable and cozy for living by improving roads, transport, and supporting important social spheres. We are implementing new solutions so that every resident feels cared for and proud of their hometown,” the mayor noted.
According to him, they are not only solving current problems but also creating a festive atmosphere by holding concerts and other cultural events that unite people and bring bright emotions.
At the concert, the audience witnessed magnificent dance performances from the groups "Berekе," "Mob dance," and "The new generation," who showcased their talents in both national and modern styles.
The musical part of the evening featured performers such as Begimai Turusbekova, Surana Sadibakassova, Cholpon Talipbek, and many others, who gifted the audience unforgettable musical moments.
This cultural event brought together residents and guests of the capital, filling the atmosphere with celebration and joy.
