According to his relatives, Viktor has been diagnosed with dementia.
His characteristics: approximately 180 cm tall, slim build with a protruding belly. He has short gray hair and gray mustache. There is a scar on his chest from a heart surgery.
On the day of his disappearance, he was wearing a black tracksuit consisting of pants and a long-sleeved top, without a zipper or buttons. He was not wearing a hat, and likely had flip-flops on his feet. He had no belongings with him.
