The National Statistical Committee has published information about the minimum subsistence level for 2025. On average, it will amount to 8,697.32 soms per month per person.
For the working-age population, the minimum subsistence level is set at 9,738.29 soms (for men — 9,983.49 soms, for women — 9,694.40 soms). For pensioners, this figure is 7,699.36 soms, and for children — 7,379.07 soms.
The main part of the minimum subsistence level consists of expenses for food products — 5,653.26 soms, followed by services — 1,478.54 soms, non-food products — 1,391.57 soms, and taxes and fees — 173.95 soms.
