The declaration of the Chairman of the State National Security Committee and the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic Kamchybek Tashiev has not been published. A similar situation was observed last year.The tax authorities report on their website only "consolidated information about the income, expenses, and property of individuals holding political, special, high administrative state and municipal positions, as well as their close relatives, except for individuals whose activities are related to ensuring national security."
As it became known to Kaktus.media, employees of the State National Security Committee are required to submit income and expense declarations, as stated in the law. However, according to the law "On the National Security Bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic," employees of the State National Security Committee are not required to disclose this information publicly.
The declaration of the Minister of Defense Ruslan Mukambetov has not been submitted. There is also no report on the income and expenses of the Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic Azamat Jamangulov, as he was appointed only in 2025. The previous minister, Nuriya Kutnaeva, reported her income for 2024 according to the law, stating that she earned 1,797,655.57 soms, of which she spent 500,000 on major purchases.
