According to the new decree, state institutions are instructed to continue developing and implementing measures aimed at improving the efficiency of public administration, minimizing bureaucracy, enhancing the quality of services provided to the population, and optimizing administrative processes.

Ayaz Bayetov will coordinate interaction between various government bodies to achieve the set goals related to increasing efficiency and reducing bureaucracy in the public administration system. His status as Deputy Prime Minister is extended until July 1, 2026.

It is important to note that in March 2025, Ayaz Bayetov was appointed Director of the National Institute for Strategic Initiatives (NISI) and received the status of Deputy Prime Minister until October 1 of the current year. NISI is responsible for coordinating reforms in public administration and implementing necessary changes. According to the latest decree, Bayetov has been relieved of his position as director of the institute.
