This decree is aimed at further implementing reforms in the field of public administration and increasing the overall efficiency of government institutions.
In accordance with this document, the authorities are tasked with continuing the development and implementation of measures aimed at improving the quality of public services, reducing bureaucracy in management, and optimizing administrative processes.
The Minister of Justice Ayaz Bayetov will coordinate the interaction of government authorities to achieve the stated goals. In connection with this new appointment, he is relieved of his position as the director of the National Institute of Strategic Initiatives under the President, which he held concurrently with the ministry.
The decree also cancels two previously effective documents: the decree dated March 10, 2025, No. 83, concerning additional measures to enhance efficiency and reduce bureaucracy in the civil service system, as well as the amendments to it dated September 19, 2025, No. 269.
The decree comes into effect upon its official publication.
