According to Daiyrbek Orunbekov, head of the information policy service of the presidential administration, the income from 'Kumtor' amounted to 124 billion 216 million soms, which has made an important contribution to the state budget.
Orunbekov summarized the results of 2025 and noted the record financial results of the company.
He also mentioned that during the period when 'Kumtor' was managed by a foreign company, more than 410 tons of gold were exported from the country, not including silver and other precious metals. Over 29 years of the company's operation, Kyrgyzstan received 101 million dollars in dividends.
“This year, the total income of the enterprise exceeded 1 billion 420 million dollars, including dividends of 150 million dollars,” the official added.
