The city court explained its position
The Bishkek City Court has decided to return the case of Imamidin Tashov, the founder of the construction company KG Group, to the first court instance.
According to the court's statement, the criminal case was sent back due to deficiencies in the documentation. In particular, the case materials were missing the appeal and the motion for the restoration of the missed deadline, which were submitted to the office of the Pervomaisky District Court on December 30, 2025, but were not included in the case.
It is worth noting that Imamidin Tashov was detained in April 2024. He was accused of attempting to seize power by force.
The Pervomaisky District Court found him guilty in July 2025, sentencing him to nine years in prison.
