According to information from the Bishkek mayor's office, the work will include updating green spaces, improving pedestrian areas, installing small architectural forms, lighting, and creating comfortable conditions for the city's residents to relax. The reconstruction is planned in the following locations:

- Molodoy Gvardii Avenue (from Jibek Jolu Avenue to Bokonbaeva Street);
- Chapayev Park;
- Sukhomlinov Square (Journalists' Alley);
- the square near the "Manas" cinema;
- the square of the Chui Regional Drama and Satire Theater named after Sh. Termechikov;
- the square on Chapayev Street.

- Erkindik Avenue (currently undergoing improvement works);
- the "Fish" fountain;
- the "Little Elephants" square;
- the square on Profsoyuznaya Street (from P. Lumumba Street to Karakumskaya Street) (under construction);
- the square at the intersection of Profsoyuznaya and Buurdinskaya Streets (under construction);
- Togolok Moldo Square;
- the square on the west side of school No. 54 (under construction).
