This direction includes in-depth classes on essential subjects, individual consultations, training tests, and problem-solving sessions. According to ministry representatives, such an initiative will help provide equal opportunities for gifted children from regions that do not have access to qualified Olympic coaches, who are mainly concentrated in large cities.
The second direction will be related to online courses in Kyrgyz, Russian, and foreign languages, where students will be divided into groups based on their level of preparation.
Additionally, students from educational institutions where there is a shortage of teachers for certain subjects will be able to study these subjects through "Tunguch," while remaining in their schools. At the same time, grades will be automatically transferred to the "Kündölük" system.
The school will also be granted the right to independently choose the model of education without the need to amend the main provisions. Furthermore, the format of classes is clarified: synchronous lessons will be limited to 45 minutes, while asynchronous learning will be more flexible, allowing students to study at their own pace.
To implement these changes, approximately 6.5 million soms will be required from the national budget.

The tasks of the online school are: 1) to provide students with the opportunity to master educational programs using modern digital technologies in synchronous and asynchronous forms of education; 2) to organize a system for assessing academic performance and controlling the quality of education, including conducting tests, certifications, and monitoring learning outcomes in a remote format; 3) to create an online community of students and teachers, which facilitates the exchange of knowledge, experience, and support among participants in the educational process; 4) to establish partnerships with other educational organizations and government structures for the joint development and implementation of educational programs and projects. 12. The director of the online school is appointed based on the results of a competition conducted in accordance with the established procedure for the competitive selection of vacant positions of leaders of state and municipal general educational organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic. 37. In the online school, the transfer of students from class to class is carried out based on the internal order of the online school, developed in accordance with the general requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. 48. The schedule of classes provides for differentiation by classes and determines the time for conducting lessons up to 45 minutes, determines educational resources, ensures operation on the Internet); 3) informing students and their parents (legal representatives) about the implementation of educational programs, including familiarization with the schedule of classes, the schedule of current and intermediate control in academic subjects, conducting consultations; 4) monitoring the adjustment of working programs for academic subjects; 5) making changes to the educational plan regarding the forms and timing of intermediate certification, if necessary, making changes to the number of hours allocated for academic subjects; 6) conducting meetings of the teaching staff, in which decisions are made about changes in educational programs (in terms of the educational plan, working programs); 7) preparing a draft order for the approval of changes in educational programs; 8) analyzing the activities of the online school, including the effectiveness of the educational process and the achievement of set goals; 9) consulting parents (legal representatives) in real-time or online; 10) ensuring the functioning of a support system for a chatbot and a hotline, where users can get answers to their questions; 11) daily collection of information on the number of students participating in educational activities; 12) timely adoption of necessary management decisions to improve the quality of education and the effectiveness of work. 81. Financing the expenses for the maintenance of the online school is carried out within the funds of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years as part of the released funds as a result of optimizing the organizational structure of evening and part-time forms of education in general educational organizations. | 8.
