In Kyrgyzstan, there is a growing trend of female entrepreneurship, and among the successful representatives of this field are women engaged in info-producing. One such individual is Aliya Choybekova, who is successfully conquering the online space. In a conversation with VB.KG, she shared her experience in her unusual profession, talked about how she turned her ideas into a successful business, and how she helps her compatriots enter the vast online market, realize their potential, and earn a decent income.
Aliya, how did you come to the profession of an info-producer?
- My journey began as a massage therapist and in network marketing. I really wanted to transition to an online format, and that’s how I ended up in the info business. After completing my training, I realized that info-producing is a completely new and exciting profession for me.
What does this profession entail?
- The term "producing" has long gone beyond cinema and show business. This field helps to elevate info products to a new level so that they are not only known but also purchased. The producer is responsible for creating informational products, using the knowledge and skills of various professionals — from teachers and doctors to massage therapists and nutritionists. These experts want to go online but don’t know how to do it.
As a producer, I help them with this. My task is to create all the conditions for a successful product launch, including page design to attract and retain user attention, using tools like targeted advertising. Ultimately, my goal is to promote the expert, showcase their achievements and experience, bringing them to the "online stage."
An expert who receives my help can launch their course, attract students, and share their experience. For example, in remote areas, it is difficult to become a massage therapist, but with online training, it is possible. Doctors can conduct consultations online, and teachers can offer additional classes. Producing is a vast market for informational services with good income potential.
My work goes beyond simple marketing. Producing is not just advertising but also a deeper assistance to experts in packaging their experience and launching products with real results. I see myself not just as an organizer but as a mentor who leads to success.
In online education, it is important not only to teach but also to show the way through personal example. A true mentor is not a theorist but someone who has walked the path of an info-producer and achieved success by sharing an effective system.
What attracts you to the profession of a producer?
- It is the opportunity not only to earn but also to help people find themselves, launch projects, and change their lives. I see how my students, starting from scratch, achieve stable income and become confident. This inspires me.
A producer is always in a process of development. It is necessary to understand marketing, sales, content, and the latest trends. This resonates with me, and I strive to pass this knowledge on to my students. This is the essence of my profession.
How many students do you have at the moment?
- I have been working in the info business for three years and have trained over five thousand students from different countries, including the USA. Many of my students have successfully mastered the online market and are earning. I have helped many women who, for various reasons, were limited in their opportunities, become "online stars" and achieve stable income.
You mentioned that you have not always been at the top. What is your view on success in business?
- Success does not come instantly. If a person is willing to work hard, learn from their mistakes, and not give up, they will achieve success. I have faced failures many times and have gone into the red, but each time I got back up. As Confucius said: "He who is great is not the one who has never fallen, but the one who has fallen and risen." Only hard work, a pursuit of excellence, and persistence lead to results. I am proud that I did not give up and overcame the difficulties on my path to my dream.
I am confident that a successful business is one that benefits both you and others. This belief gives me the strength to move forward.
You mentioned that you realized your dream. Can you tell us about it?
- While working as a massage therapist, I dreamed of opening my own spa salon. At that time, I did not have the necessary knowledge about business, and perhaps this dream would have remained just a dream if I had not become an info-producer. After gaining experience, I was able to realize my goal, as I now understand how to organize advertising, create a website, and work with a team to attract clients. Now I can work with any business.
Most of my former students successfully implement their projects and have already recouped their training costs, which enhances my reputation as a mentor.
How do you assess the prospects of info-producing in Kyrgyzstan?
- Info-producing is a huge and free market, and I want to help my compatriots enter it. I notice that many specialists, such as psychologists, want to develop but do not know how to start their online business. In this case, the services of a producer become indispensable. We help such people start a business and earn using their professional skills. A producer is needed in any niche, and we can bring anyone online.
The world is constantly changing, and Kyrgyz people are beginning to realize that the future lies in the online sphere. Although we are still lagging behind Russia and Kazakhstan, sooner or later, everyone will move online, and everyone will use artificial intelligence. Changes are inevitable, and now is the time to master new trends while the market is still not saturated. My current students will become true professionals in their field.
I am not only talking about teaching new professions but also about helping them promote their knowledge and skills in an online format, which allows them to earn and develop their products.
Do you have hobbies outside of work that help you recharge?
- Everyone has their own ways of relaxing. I prefer active recreation — hiking in the mountains and visiting hot springs. I gladly share my travel experiences on my Instagram. Additionally, I try to spend time with loved ones, which fills me with the energy and motivation necessary for running a business.
What are your goals for this year?
- To master info-producing, I trained with eight mentors from different countries. The info business changes rapidly, and what was relevant two years ago is already outdated. Producers must constantly develop; otherwise, they risk falling behind. I continue to learn myself and plan to attend training sessions with global speakers like Tony Robbins and Robert Kiyosaki.
I also want to explore new areas and engage in coaching, motivating as many Kyrgyz people as possible to go online.
Thank you for the interesting interview. I wish you success in achieving your goals.
