During the meeting, the construction of a transport interchange and an elevated bridge was discussed, which will connect the Boulevard of the Young Guard with Leo Tolstoy Street and provide access to Bakayev Street.
The city administration reported that the statuses of the land plots affected by the project have been determined. A total of 64 objects are included in the construction.
According to the city administration, 16 objects have state acts, and one has a "green book" for 49 years; two others have a "green book" for five years. Work on formalizing the title documents for the remaining plots is ongoing.

As a result of the discussion, it was decided to hold a follow-up meeting on March 24, 2026, at the city administration, where the issue of compensation and payments for landowners will be discussed.
The Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development, as well as other services, have been instructed to work on options for alternative routes during the construction period. The Land Use Control Department has also been tasked with expediting the dismantling of objects that may hinder the work.

The city administration showed the scheme of the transport interchange at the intersection of the Young Guard and Leo Tolstoy.
Construction work is planned to begin in April 2026. City administration representatives emphasized that the project aims to improve the city's transport infrastructure, increase road capacity, and reduce traffic load in the area under consideration.
