The mayor of the Osh region, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, accompanied by representatives of relevant services, conducted a morning inspection on Osh Street, which is managed by Manas-Ata.
According to the press service of the city administration, as a result of the raid, plans were announced to expand this street to four lanes on the section starting from Raimbekov Street and ending at Kasymbekov Street. This road will become one of the additional alternative routes leading to the international airport "Osh." In this regard, an order was given to start the demolition of illegal constructions that have exceeded the "red line."
In addition, the mayor instructed to check the legality of the construction of a commercial facility located on the territory of the educational institution "Zhetigen," which is located on Osh Street.
“The width of the street will be increased to 24 meters. The project includes the creation of sidewalks for pedestrians and green areas on both sides of the road,” the mayor's office emphasized.
