On the same day, as reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Perm Krai, both passengers of the helicopter died. Among them were Ilyas Gimadutdinov, the founder of the company "Tattranskom," and his colleague Elmira Konyakov.
According to preliminary investigation data, information about the flight was not communicated to air traffic controllers. The helicopter struck a cable of the ski lift, after which it fell. Witnesses to the incident were vacationers at the resort.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which pertains to violations of safety rules in aviation that resulted in the accidental death of two or more persons.
