A video has surfaced online in which the author reports on improperly parked cars in a prohibited zone.
In one of the video clips, a Lixiang L7 PRO car with the license plate 01KG065AB can be seen leaving the parking spot.
According to information from the PSP press service, on February 26 at around 21:30, a complaint was received from residents at 13 Toygonbaeva Street regarding illegal parking of vehicles.
The patrol officers who arrived at the scene confirmed this information. Despite the presence of a "No Parking" sign, several cars were parked along the road, which, according to the PSP, obstructed the movement of other vehicles.
“It was quickly established that one of the vehicles belonged to deputy Eru lan Kokulov. He arrived at the scene and expressed dissatisfaction with the issuance of the protocol,” the PSP reported.
During the conflict, Kokulov stated that he is an "untouchable person" and insisted that he did not park the car himself. To this, inspector Nady rbek Jusupov responded that the deputy had previously admitted to violating traffic rules.
Kokulov also expressed the opinion that the patrol officers had no right to approach them at night, adding that the matter could have been resolved the next day.
Ultimately, the PSP made the decision to issue a protocol for illegal parking.
