According to the information received, on January 4, 2026, at 09:56, a report of a yurt fire at the "Karagat" hotel, located on J. Abdrakhmanov Street, was received by the Karakol City Department of Emergency Situations.
At 09:57, a firefighting team from the Karakol City Fire and Rescue Service No. 15 was dispatched to extinguish the fire, arriving at the scene at 10:02. The fire was localized by 10:06, and it was completely extinguished by 10:19. The firefighters returned to their station at 11:38.
As a result of the incident, the yurt with a metal frame was completely destroyed along with its interior equipment.
