The incident took place on January 14, when at 08:00 the dispatch service No. 16 of the fire and rescue department of the city of Naryn and the district received a report of a fire at the "Choluk Ata" shopping center located on S. Orozbakov Street.
A team of firefighters left for the scene at 08:05, and upon arrival, they found that the fire had engulfed a hair salon and a café inside the shopping center.
The fire was extinguished by 09:05.
The area affected by the fire was 90 square meters. As a result of the incident, plastic ceilings, MDF panels, as well as various electrical appliances and furniture were damaged.
The cause of the fire is currently being investigated.
The building is subject to state insurance. Work is underway to assess the socio-economic damage and the preserved material values.
