The allocated land plots will be used for the construction of infrastructure at the carbon raw material "Jel-Aryk," specifically at the site "First." According to the decision, the following areas are provided:
- 16.6 hectares for waste rock dumps;
- 26.9 hectares for the access road.
The decision was made based on a request from the Kemin District State Administration, as well as taking into account positive expert opinions on industrial and environmental safety, as well as subsoil protection.
The resolution will be sent to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for registration in the state register of regulatory legal acts. The control over the implementation of this resolution is assigned to the head of the Kyzyl-Oktyabr Village Administration, N.A. Suimanov.
