





















Recently, an operation by the Ministry of Internal Affairs led to the arrest of 15 members of an organized crime group. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the agency, the detainees are suspected of committing a series of major thefts and armed robberies. They infiltrated stores, offices, and administrative buildings using realistic silicone masks and wigs for disguise, which allowed them to deceive witnesses.
The total damage from their actions is estimated at 25 million soms.
During the special operation, the following individuals were arrested: K. S. D., born in 1988, previously convicted 14 times; J. D. T., born in 1994, previously convicted five times; Ch. Z. S., born in 1988, previously convicted five times; T. uulu T., born in 1991, previously convicted three times; T. uulu U., born in 1991, previously convicted; O. M. D., born in 1988, previously convicted six times; M. B. A., born in 1980, previously convicted five times; M. uulu E., born in 1991, previously convicted three times; E. A. R., born in 1988, previously convicted.
During the searches, professional equipment for opening safes and doors, radios, GPS trackers, and devices for jamming security system signals were found with the detainees.
Also seized were firearms, including an AKSU assault rifle, a Makarov pistol, and ammunition, as well as a drug — hashish weighing about 44.73 grams.
All detainees are charged under Part 2 of Article 261 (Creation of an organized group or participation in it) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in pre-trial detention center No. 1.
The investigation also established a connection between the detainees and convicts serving sentences in the State Penitentiary Service institutions, who had previously been convicted of serious crimes. The detainees maintained contact with K. N. D., born in 1986; E. Zh. O., born in 1979; B. A. T., born in 1986; T. S. A., born in 1990; J. S. A., born in 1991; Sh. T. S., born in 1986.
According to preliminary information, the scheme of criminal activity was as follows: free members of the group committed crimes, while the convicts took the blame at convenient moments.
Currently, all actions of the criminal group have been halted, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic continues the investigation.
