The investigation established that a group operating in Kyzyl-Kyya consists of followers of U. I., who is a registered member of the organized crime group led by Kadyra Dosonov (Dzhengo). At the end of last year, in December, they committed an armed robbery against S. I. N. from the Nookat district, during which the victim was beaten and deprived of 230,000 soms. A criminal case was initiated on December 28, 2025, under Article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Robbery." The following individuals were detained:
- Sh. M. A., born in 1992;
- A. Sh. Zh., born in 2002;
- T. M. I., born in 1999;
- Zh. A. T., born in 1998.
According to GKNB data, the detainees are also involved in the theft of a car from another victim, S. A. K., which was valued at 150,000 soms. This car was illegally sold, and the proceeds, according to the investigation, were sent to the prisons of Kyrgyzstan to provide for "warming."
Of the detainees, two, Sh. M. A. and A. Sh. Zh., have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Batken district police department. Further investigation is ongoing.
