On January 14, 2026, a citizen identified as M. M. reported to the police that on January 11, unknown individuals unlawfully took possession of his white Kia K5 while he was at a paint shop on Almatinskaya Street and fled the scene.
Based on this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 211 "Theft of a Motor Vehicle" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of investigative activities and operational actions, law enforcement officers were able to identify and detain the suspects. They are 19-year-old D. A. (born in 2004) and 28-year-old L. N. (born in 1995). Both were taken to the investigative department and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
The vehicle was found and returned to its lawful owner.
