The incident took place at a painting workshop located on Almatinskaya Street. According to the victim, his car, a "KIA K5," was stolen from there.
This case was registered in accordance with Article 211 ("Theft of a motor vehicle") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational actions, police officers identified and detained two suspects: D.A., born in 2004, and L.N., born in 1995. Both were placed in a temporary detention facility.
The car was returned to its owner.
An investigation is currently underway.
