According to him, on the same day, around 11:30 PM, an unknown person illegally took possession of his Volkswagen Polo, which was parked near a private house on Zelenaya Street, and fled the scene.
As a result of this incident, the investigative service of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department initiated a criminal case under Article 211 "Theft of a Vehicle" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigative and operational activities and analysis of video camera recordings, law enforcement officers were able to identify the suspect. He turned out to be 18-year-old T. A., who had previously had legal issues.
The suspect was detained and taken to the investigative authorities. During the interrogation, he indicated the location where he left the stolen vehicle — along the Big Chui Canal.
