In the park 'Khan-Teniri', an increase in the population of wild animals has been recorded

As a result of recent monitoring conducted using camera traps and specialized equipment, a stable increase in the population of wild animals has been recorded in the State Nature Park "Khan-Teniri".

According to reports from the Ministry of Natural Resources, particular attention is drawn to the increase in the population of the brown bear, which is listed in the Red Book of Kyrgyzstan. Local brown bears are also known as Tian Shan white-clawed bears, highlighting their uniqueness and importance for the region's ecosystem.

The State Nature Park "Khan-Teniri" is divided into functional zones for the preservation of natural complexes and biodiversity. These zones include a protected area, an ecological stabilization zone, a tourist-recreational zone, and a zone with limited economic activity.

The park consists of several sections, among which "Adyr-Tor", "Sary-Jaz", "Enilchek", and "Kainy" stand out. Regular patrols are organized in each of these sections to monitor the state of the natural environment and compliance with protection regimes.

The Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic notes that the positive dynamics in the population of wild animals is the result of systematic work on the protection of specially protected natural areas, as well as the strengthening of environmental protection measures and the implementation of modern monitoring methods.
