- As a result of geological exploration conducted in 2025, 1.8 billion tons of coal were added to the state balance. This information was announced by the Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, Meder Mashiev, during a radio broadcast.

The Minister noted that gold remains the main mineral resource registered on the state balance, with a volume of over 980 tons.

In addition to gold, silver reserves have also been accounted for, amounting to approximately 1,200 tons, and copper — around 960 thousand tons.

He added that in the country, in addition to ore resources, there are also non-ore resources that are recorded within the framework of the state system for managing subsoil resources.
