According to local authorities, on December 29, 2025, an award ceremony was held for the winners of the competitions "The Cleanest City" and "The Cleanest Aiyl Aymak," organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.
As a result of the competition, Orlovka was awarded III place and received a three-wheeled scooter as a prize.
The city hall noted that this achievement is the result of collaboration between local residents and various organizations. Special appreciation was expressed to the employees of the municipal enterprise "Orlovskoye City Housing and Communal Services," who made a significant contribution to achieving victory. The message emphasizes that "despite the harsh winter frosts and summer heat, the employees of the enterprise ensure constant cleanliness, improvement, and greening of the city. If every citizen approaches cleanliness responsibly, such successes will continue in the future," the municipality added.
