. In Osh, the construction of a residential building consisting of 28 apartments has begun, specifically for graduates of the orphanages "Lotus" and "Altyn Uya".
According to the city administration, the mayor inspected the construction work and emphasized the importance of creating a comfortable and safe environment for young people.
Graduates of orphanages will be able to receive these apartments free of charge for a period of up to 10 years. "The city administration will continue to support graduates by providing them with housing and social services," the official statement said.
In 2025, 15 children will leave the orphanages "Lotus" and "Altyn Uya". Since they do not have permanent housing, the city authorities decided to build new apartments.
This year, another 9 children are preparing to graduate: 5 from "Lotus" and 4 from "Altyn Uya". It is expected that the apartment building will be completed and put into operation in the coming months.
