, Darya NESTEROVA A significant event took place in Bishkek: 1080 families became owners of new apartments in the "Muras" residential complex. This was reported by Kanaybek Tumanbaev, head of the presidential administration, on his social media page.
Tumanbaev noted that the construction of mortgage houses in the "Muras" residential complex on Malikov Street has been completed. The complex consists of eight blocks, with heights of 18 and 24 floors, which are now put into operation.
He also emphasized that citizens waiting for housing can expect to receive apartments within the next two to three years if they show patience.
The presidential administration noted that the implementation of the mortgage housing program continues according to schedule. In 2025, it is planned that 4662 citizens will receive apartments through the State Mortgage Company. Currently, 80245 apartments are being built under the State Mortgage Company program.
