According to information provided by Kaktus.media, the construction of football fields has begun in the Botanical Garden on Akhunbaeva Street. This initiative is supported by an institution that is under the National Academy of Sciences.
Ajar Jabieva, the press secretary of the Botanic Garden, reported that the Presidential Administration has already started work on creating two fields, which will be located to the left of the central entrance, along 7 April Street. The foundation has already been successfully poured.
“The soil in this area is rocky,” she noted, “and due to the lack of water, nothing can grow, despite attempts to plant vegetation over the past few years.”
The Administration is also continuing a project to install drip irrigation for the entire area of the garden.
Jabieva added that she has no information on the completion timeline or the budget for this project.
