Azamat Osmonov, the presidential envoy in the Chui region, visited the livestock market in the Jayil district. During the visit, an inspection of the condition of the facility was conducted, as reported by the press service of the envoy's office.

The results of the inspection showed that the market does not meet sanitary, veterinary, and infrastructure standards, making it impossible to properly maintain and sell agricultural animals.

A number of problems were identified, including unsatisfactory sanitary conditions, lack of necessary conditions to comply with veterinary regulations and basic sanitary and living conditions, as well as insufficient drainage and water diversion systems. All of this poses a threat to the health of both animals and humans.

Despite the fact that the market operates on a commercial basis, no steps have yet been taken to upgrade and bring it into compliance with established requirements.

Osmonov also familiarized himself with another plot of land allocated for the construction of a new livestock market. Currently, a project and plan have already been developed, which envisage the creation of a modern market that complies with all necessary sanitary, veterinary, and technical standards. Temporarily, a trading area with minimal conditions and veterinary control will be organized on this territory until the new market is completed.

The existing livestock market will continue its operations until the new facility is put into operation, which will help avoid disruptions and ensure a smooth transition to modern standards.
