Today in Bishkek, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, handed over the keys to new mortgage apartments in the residential complex "Muras." This project includes the construction of 39 blocks, which will collectively provide 4,754 apartments.
Currently, the construction of 11 blocks has been completed, housing 986 apartments. As part of the next stage of construction, it is planned to build another 8 blocks, providing 1,080 apartments, including:
360 one-bedroom apartments,
432 two-bedroom apartments,
288 three-bedroom apartments.
The total area of the residential complex is 64,672 square meters.
With the completion of the second stage, 2,066 apartments will be put into operation, while another 2,688 apartments will remain under construction.
Construction work is set to begin in 2024, with the total cost of the project estimated at 4 billion 166 million soms.
