In Bishkek, a ceremony for handing over the keys to apartments under the GIC program was held with the participation of the president.

- Today, January 12, an important ceremony took place in Bishkek, where the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, handed over the keys to new apartments built under the GIK program.

The apartments were provided as part of the second phase of the residential complex "Muras," which was constructed on the site of the former correctional colony No. 47 [Bishkek, Malikova St. 91 - ed.].

According to information, the completion of construction of 8 blocks is currently planned, each of which will consist of 24 floors.

During his address, the president noted that 1080 apartments had been issued.

“As you remember, the residential complex 'Muras' includes 39 blocks, and it was initially planned to build 4754 apartments. In 2024, 510 apartments were issued, and in 2025 — 476. Currently, construction is ongoing, and another 2688 apartments will be handed over to new owners,” added Sadyr Japarov.

The president also noted that the complex includes infrastructure facilities such as a school, kindergarten, and parking spaces.
