Today, January 12, at the event dedicated to the handing over of keys for the second phase of the "Muras" residential complex, the head of the State Mortgage Company (GMC) Talant Zhekshenov announced that the completion of construction is scheduled for the end of 2026.
During the ceremony, keys will be handed over to the owners of 1,080 apartments, and by the end of the current year, the completion of another 2,688 housing units is planned.
However, despite the total number of apartments being 4,754, the number of parking spaces is only 2,500, raising concerns about the sufficiency of these spaces for new residents.
Zhekshenov noted that the GMC is considering options for creating additional parking in the vicinity, but no specific decisions have been made at this time.
“We will analyze the nearby areas, but accurate information is currently unavailable,” he added.
