The Osh city hall reported a repeated warning for the café "Atabek."
According to municipal information, all catering establishments and commercial entities must provide their customers with a sufficient number of parking spaces. This requirement is due to the fact that even after the roads were expanded, visitors' cars continue to remain along the roadway, creating traffic jams.
The city authorities are initiating discussions with café and restaurant owners to remind them of the importance of organizing parking zones.
However, as the municipality emphasizes, not all requirements are being properly adhered to.
In particular, on January 9, 2026, the café "Atabek" received another warning. This establishment has parking for only 25 cars, whereas, considering its capacity of 200 people, a minimum of 120 parking spaces is necessary.
Currently, in Osh, 35 cafés have created parking spaces for their customers, the city hall reports.

This measure is being implemented to enhance the safety of citizens and reduce traffic congestion, and it will take effect on November 1.
The city hall reminds that each establishment must have its own parking lot and requires businesses to organize parking spaces as soon as possible.

According to him, cafés and restaurants such as "Atabek," "Zhany Door," and "Islambek" were warned about the necessity of creating parking lots. "Despite the warnings, several establishments have not organized parking zones, as a result of which we disconnected them from electricity," the mayor noted.
