A new structure is functioning in the city hall of Osh.
On December 23, 2025, during a session of the Osh City Council, the deputies approved the establishment of a new institution called the "Financial Management of the City Hall of Osh."
The official resolution states that the decision was made in accordance with the law "On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies," as well as based on the presidential decree dated August 12, 2025, No. 264. The deputies listened to and discussed the proposal of the First Deputy Mayor Adilet Sharshenaly uulu regarding the creation of this institution. The decision of the permanent deputy commission on budget, economy, and industry, adopted on December 18, 2025, under number 33, was also taken into account. As a result, the Osh City Council agreed to establish the "Financial Management of the City Hall of Osh" and to finance it from the local budget starting January 1, 2026.
This resolution comes into force upon its official publication.
