In response to citizens' inquiries regarding social infrastructure in the village of Orto-Sai and neighboring areas, the Bishkek city administration provided clarifications during the discussion of the capital's master plan.

According to information from the municipality, the master plan includes the construction of 13 municipal schools, which will be able to accommodate approximately 14,050 students. This decision is based on calculations of projected population density and functional zoning in the Orto-Sai area (contour 22) and adjacent territories.

It is also planned to create 17 kindergartens, which will have a total capacity of 3,570 children.

The city administration noted that educational institutions will be located in both residential and mixed-use areas, ensuring convenient access for residents of the area as it continues to develop.
