
According to Edil Baisalov, the establishment of ski schools should serve as a foundation not only for training future athletes but also for educating qualified instructors who will be able to work at new resorts opening across the country. "This is an investment in the future of our children, their employment, and the development of the region as a whole," he added.
During the event, a meeting was also held with representatives of sports schools, coaches, and other experts who discussed the current state of the material and technical base, staffing issues, and ways to engage youth in sports activities.
As a result of the meeting, key areas for further work were identified, including the modernization of infrastructure, support for coaches, and the development of a network of children's sports schools in different regions.
In addition, during his working visit, Edil Baisalov managed to visit the K. Dosmanbetova Music School, the library, and the House of Culture, as well as several other facilities.
