The development of the General Plan was carried out in 2025 in collaboration with the Bishkek City Hall and the Research Institute of Prospective Urban Development. This document outlines the key directions for the capital's development, taking into account demographic, infrastructure, and environmental aspects. Public hearings on the draft General Plan took place in Bishkek on December 24 and 25, 2025.
Representatives of the city leadership, document developers, employees of relevant services, active citizens, media representatives, business representatives, and government institutions participated in the discussions.
