Support was provided to families receiving the state allowance "Үй-бүлөгө көмөк," as well as to those who found themselves in difficult life situations, people with disabilities, and low-income residents of the capital.

Each family received a food package that included:
- 5 kg of flour;
- 10 kg of pasta;
- noodles (kitlap);
- 5 liters of vegetable oil.

The food packages were distributed across four districts of Bishkek, delivered to the social development departments, from where they were handed out to 75 families in each district.
