Currently, 80,245 mortgage apartments are being built in the country
It is expected that in 2026, there will be a mass commissioning of residential complexes of GIK in Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by Kanbek Tumanbaev, head of the president's office.
He noted that the active transfer of mortgage housing will take place in cities such as Karakol, Cholpon-Ata, Tokmok, Sokuluk, Kemin, Kara-Balta, Bishkek, Osh, Talas, Batken, and Jalal-Abad.
Recently, President Sadyr Japarov participated in the ceremonial handing over of keys to apartments as part of the second stage of the construction of the "Muras" residential complex in Bishkek.
The head of state also emphasized that 80,245 mortgage apartments are actively being constructed across the country.
