The Head of the Presidential Administration, Kanbek Tumanbaev, reported that in 2026, an active delivery of mortgage housing is planned in Kyrgyzstan.
Among the regions where a mass transfer of houses is expected are Karakol, Cholpon-Ata, Tokmok, Sokuluk, Kemin, Kara-Balta, as well as Bishkek, Osh, Talas, Batken, and Jalal-Abad.
On January 12 of this year, President Sadyr Japarov participated in an event to hand over the keys to mortgage apartments as part of the second phase of the construction of the "Muras" residential complex in Bishkek.
He also noted that currently, 80,245 mortgage apartments are actively under construction in the republic. Plans are in place to complete the construction and hand over more than 20,000 apartments by the end of the year in cities such as Bishkek, Osh, Manas, Tokmok, Kara-Balta, Karakol, Cholpon-Ata, Balykchy, Naryn, Talas, and Batken, as well as in the Kochkor district of Naryn region and in the Kara-Suu and Uzgen districts of Osh region.
