Gulzat Totubaeva, head of the public relations department of the State Mortgage Company (GMC), spoke about this on the air of the program "Elden Sobol" of the Kabar agency.

- 432 two-room apartments;
- 288 three-room apartments.
In addition, the residential complex includes all necessary social infrastructure. On the first floor of one of the buildings that have already been commissioned, a school is operating, which is under the jurisdiction of the Bishkek city administration. According to the plan, a separate school, a kindergarten, and parking areas will also be constructed.
