According to the city administration, Mayor Zhenishbek Toktorbaev has issued an order for the construction of a new building that will include 28 apartments to provide housing for the young people who graduated from the orphanages "Lotus" and "Altyn Uya".
“The apartments will be provided free of charge for a period of 10 years. The construction is financed from the local budget. In 2025, 15 people graduated from the orphanages "Lotus" and "Altyn Uya," and this year — 9. It is expected that the building will be commissioned in the coming months,” the official statement adds.
