In connection with this incident, the investigative authorities of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 211, concerning theft of a vehicle, according to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational investigative activities, based on the analysis of surveillance camera footage, the identity of the suspect was established. He turned out to be T.A., a citizen born in 2005, who had previously had legal troubles.
The suspect was detained and brought to the investigative authorities. During the interrogation, he indicated the location where he left the stolen vehicle — along the Big Chui Canal.
