Information from law enforcement agencies states that on January 14, emergency services received a call about the discovery of a man's body with clear signs of violent death near one of the new buildings.
As a result of operational actions, the identity of the deceased was established — he turned out to be a citizen named A.R., born in 1976.
A criminal case was initiated on this fact under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During investigative activities, including the analysis of recordings from the "Safe City" surveillance camera system, police detained the suspect in the Kochkor District. He turned out to be 27-year-old B.u.K., born in 1996. The detainee was placed in a temporary detention facility.

According to preliminary data, the tragedy occurred during the consumption of alcoholic beverages, when a conflict between the suspect and the victim escalated into a fight, resulting in fatal injuries to the deceased.
Investigative actions are ongoing, and necessary examinations have been appointed to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
